Igor was wonderful! He not only had all of the equipment necessary to diagnose my treadmills issue, but he had alternate materials when he ran into a snag. He finished the repairs in less than am hour and afterwards he taught me how to properly maintain the machine. His fee was reasonable, and he was prompt and friendly. He has a lifelong customer in me.

Igor the owner was prompt, very knowledgeable and fixed our beloved Kitchenaid clothes washer with new parts after accurately diagnosing the issues. Although he is very far from us he came back to fix one remaining issue at no extra cost. He also deducted his service call fee because we used him.
He was careful not to damage the house, covered his shoes without asking and was the nicest repair person we have had come to our home to date. He always answers his phone and doesn’t use voicemail.
I recommend him very highly!

This company was great. We had a malfunctioning refrigerator, and we were our initial internet search did not produce any capable me mechanics. When I changed the search terms to “appliance repair” Yelp quickly directed me to Fine Engineering and several other companies. Fine responded within minutes, and set up an appointment for that same day. Igor understood that, with a 10+ year old fridge, we needed to keep repair costs under budget. He listened, diagnosed the problem quickly, and was able to fix the refrigerator before dinner time. He explained what steps he needed to take and showed me the price (parts and labor) before starting the job. The final price was exactly the same as the estimate.

I called these guys for my daughter, Christie. Sergei did an amazing job at quickly trouble shooting and fixing out frig issue! The company responded in record-breaking time and literally had him here one hour after I called. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. The only three things that are important in an appliance technician. Their prices were a bit high for this job, but when I factor in the speed at which they completed the repair, and Sergei’s professional service, I guess it’s par with others in the field. Don’t hesitate to ask for him!!
